You may receive a full refund if:
- You cancel within 7 days of your first payment, and
- You haven't heavily used premium content.
Refunds after 7 days apply only to:
- Technical issues preventing access.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email
- Transaction ID
- Refund reason
We'll respond within 5 business days. Refunds via Paystack are returned through the same payment method.
